Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders made after 12PM PDT are counted as the next business day. Shipping cost is determined at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method; a handling fee of $1 USD is added to the base carrier shipping rate. You will receive an email with tracking info when your order ships. Once the order has been scanned in by the shipping carrier I am no longer responsible for it. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages or packages marked "return to sender;" the customer must pay shipping and handling again to have "return to sender" packages re-shipped.
Missing or damaged packages must be filed as a claim with the shipping carrier. I've included the URLs below to contact USPS and UPS about missing and/or damaged packages:
