Refund policy

All sales are final; no refunds, no returns, no order cancellations. Items returned to me will not be refunded. If you believe there has been a problem with your order please contact me immediately.

Missing or damaged packages must be filed as a claim with the shipping carrier. I've included the URLs below to contact USPS and UPS about missing and/or damaged packages:
